Las Vegas Living - Such a Good Deal?

The star studded movie, Ocean's 11 and it's depicted Vegas-style living does ooze a certain kind of appeal, as it represents a variety of lifestyle ideas that stretch beyond the boundaries of conservative living. Souls can live the way they want to, or above ground so to speak - without harsh judgement by others. Unfortunately, there are secrets that the ground holds that may not be as appealing. For instance, radioactive groundwater is seeping it's way past nuclear test site boundaries in Nevada. Tainted water emanates from Pahute Mesa where devices for nuclear tests were detonated. The Benham nuclear test of '68 alone produced a yield equivalent to detonating 1.15 megatons of TNT.  That's larger than the yields from the atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.  The Dept. of Energy, conducting recent surveys, has discovered that water from a recently completed upstream well, near the cavity of Benham has found tritium levels 3,000 times above the safe drinking water limit. That's all the more reason to take precautionary measures with one's drinking supplies.
